1. How Do I Switch Back to a Free Membership If I Decide I Don't Want To Have The Paid One Anymore?
If, at any time, you feel you'd rather go back to the free membership, we can absolutely get that set up for you. You will receive back a pro-rated refund based on the number of months you used the service for, e.g. if you cancel 3 months in (you've used 25% of the one year term), you'll receive 75% of your membership fee back.
All the money you've earned at the 100% rate will STAY at the 100% rate and you will receive every penny you've already earned. Your cash back rate will return to 50% once your account is switched back to the free version and any further purchases will be paid at that rate.
IMPORTANT... That money due to you will still be sent to you on the normal payout date on the 5th of the next month, not immediately, as we still need to wait for the stores to lock in and pay out their commissions to us before we pass along that money to you.
2. Why is There a Charge to Receive 100% Cash Back?
Since with the Gold Membership, we give you 100% of the cash back (you don't split ANY of it with us!), the membership fee is there simply to cover the administrative cost of providing this service. Even then, there are no transaction fees, meaning that no matter how many times you buy something each month, you'll never pay a dime extra. You're getting maximum free money back on the products you're already buying!
3. What If I Don't Buy Anything During One Month? Will That Deactivate My Membership?
Not at all! We don't track your activity like that. You may find that you just make several large "stock up" purchases during the year rather than buying things more frequently and that's totally fine. Your membership will always be active for the full one-year term and you will always get your 100% cash back on everything you buy, no matter how often you buy it.
4. Can Friends or Family Use My Membership to Get Cash Back For Themselves as Well?
Unfortunately, no. Their names and information won't be registered in our system and you won't be credited for their purchase. If, however, you order on their behalf and and YOUR information is on the order, that would be fine.
5. Will My Membership Price Ever Go Up?
Nope! As long as you maintain your membership status without interruption, your rate will stay EXACTLY the same as when you signed up.
So if you get a Gold Membership right now at the special one-time only rate of $70 for one year, when you go to re-up next year, it will be $70 again. You still won't pay the regular price.
However, if you stop your membership and come back later, you will have to pay the current regular membership price, which will be higher. So once you're locked in at your current price, you'll definitely want to STAY in.
6. Do You Have a Minimum Payout Amount? Will the Unpaid Money Ever Go Away?
When your account reaches a minimum threshold of $10, you will get paid. Any amount below that will rollover into the next month and will never go away.
7. Does the address in my customer profile have to match the shipping addresses I use?
It doesn't. For example, if you purchase and wish to ship a gift directly to a friend or family member, you can do so and still get cash back credit for the purchase into your account.
